Charity Beallis was found shot alongside her 6-year old twins in their home just one day after her final divorce hearing with her estranged husband.

Earlier this year, Charity asked for a protective order for herself and her two young children after her estranged husband was arrested and charged with domestic violence after choking her. 

Charity shared that she wrote to prosecutors asking for help and telling them that she feared for her life, yet received no response because they would rather protect the local doctor, Dr. Randall Beallis  — her estranged husband, who was petitioning in September for sole custody.

On November 20th 2025, Charity filed for an emergency hearing to address coercive control by her Ex ahead of their final hearing on December 2nd. 

State records show that Randall and Charity had been married from 2003-2011 before they remarried in 2015 and having the twins in 2019. In between their marriages, Randall Beallis married a further two times. He and his second wife, Dr. Donna Beallis, spent 4-years in family court from 2009-2013.  His third wife Shawna Graham Beallis died from a gun shot wound in their home at age 34 in 2012, which was reported as a suicide, but is now being reinvestigated. 

Charity became vocal about domestic violence and hoped to be an advocate for other women and mothers experiencing the same thing.
“My voice, as the victim, has been shut out. This is not just about me — this is about a system that protects offenders and rejects victims. Lives are at stake, including the lives of young children.”  Charity went on to say, "I’m living this battle right now. I am the victim, yet I’ve been treated like the problem while the criminal — a local doctor — is being shielded by the very system that’s supposed to protect us."

The investigation into Charity and her children's deaths is ongoing and no suspect has been named.

At this time, there is no posted obituary for Charity.
